For those who do not wish to order over the web, there are still plenty of convenient ways to order from our catalog. We accept orders on our toll-free phone and fax lines. This assures that your order reaches us quickly, with no charge to you. Here are the details:

1) Fax your order. Our toll-free fax number is (800) 207-3869. Please include your name, mailing address, the item numbers and quantities you want, and your Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date.

2) Phone in your order toll-free at (800) 270-5009. The answering machine is quite reliable when no one is available to answer your call. Please leave a number where we can return your call.

3) Email your order, if you are comfortable doing so. List the items you want, and be sure to include your name, mailing address, and your Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date.

4) Mail it in, and get the added advantage of paying by check or money order if you choose. You can use our shopping cart system to compile your order, and then click the "send payment by mail" button. The system will compute your total and give you an invoice to print out and send with your payment. If you place your order yourself, please follow carefully the instructions below for computing your order amount before sending it in. Shipping Information

All U.S. orders are sent out first class or priority mail, unless otherwise specified. Please add $5.00 shipping for the first item, and add $1 for each additional item, up to $12. If you order more than 7 items, your shipping is still a maximum of $12. Overnight shipping is available, at cost. ***California residents, please add 7.75% sales tax.***

For Canadian orders, please add $3.00 to your total shipping cost, and if paying by check enclose payment in U.S. funds.

Orders to all other countries: For surface shipping (6-8 weeks for most destinations), $5.00 for the first item, $2.00 each additional item. For airmail delivery, figure on $15-$40, depending on weight. Call if you would like a quote. U.S. funds only, please.

Return Policy

Any defective item can be returned for refund or exchange. If you would like us to refund your return postage, please let us know in advance. We regret that we cannot accept opened merchandise for return or exchange. Please ask us for whatever help you need to ensure that the music you order will be to your satisfaction.

If you would like to see our catalog in print form, please email us with your name and address, and we'll send you one and add you to our mailing list. (Please note: new additions to our web-based catalog may not yet be included in our current print catalog.) While we do send out (very) occasional mailings to our list of customers, we do NOT share any information from our mailing list with any other individual or organization.
